This Risk Disclaimer applies to the website sulamx.com (the "Site") and the SulamX Pro chart-analysis software (the "Product"), both operated by SULAMX LTD, an Israeli limited company, company no. 517364030 ("SulamX", "we", "us"). 1. Educational and Informational Purpose Only

SulamX Pro is an educational and analytical software tool. It visualizes market structure on price charts and highlights chart conditions — such as trend context, boundary lines, and potential setups — for study and analysis on the TradingView platform. The Product does not execute trades, does not connect to any brokerage account, does not manage money, and does not act on your behalf in any way. Every trading decision, and every action taken in any trading account, is made solely by you.

SULAMX LTD is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or financial planner in any jurisdiction.
